  • SHIPMENTS

First Class shipping is supplied by Aramex. Aramex will deliver your product you bought online inside Lebanon, the Middle East, as well as Worldwide at special rates.

For Lebanon only, Cash on Delivery Service, is available. While, the International Cash on delivery (international shipments) will not be provided.

Local and international Shipping rates will be calculated automatically at the online shopping cart.

The international rates are only the shipping rates and they exclude clearance charges and duties at destination, which are to be settled by the customer/receiver.

Products are shipped 3-10 business days from date of order. All orders will be supplied with a tracking number to follow at www.aramex.com 

  • RETURNS and EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date you received it.

We offer free repair and if not repairable, an exchange with similar, this within Two years from date of purchase. While, if intentionally the product was abused we will retain from this offer.

The refund would be the purchased price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box, and other charges. 

The customer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs. In previous mentioned cases, be it return exchange or repair.

Please note, however, that customized and personalized products cannot be returned.

We ask that the product be unused, in original package, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure credit. Sale merchandise will be issued a credit at the current selling price.

  • Return Merchandise Form (RMF)

To exchange, return, or request a repair for any VEA™ product, you must log in to your account, go to completed orders, locate your order and press on return item(s). Follow the instructions provided to submit the Return Merchandise Form.

We will contact you by return email within 3-5 business days to provide you with an RMF reference number along with instructions on how to send in your product.
